The Vissoux Estate

Located in Saint-Vérand, in Pierres Dorées country, Martine and Pierre-Marie Chermette produce red, white and rosé Beaujolais wines, most of which come from old vines. The Vissoux Estate also produces Crémant de Bourgogne, extra-brut, brut and brut rosé, as well as homemade liqueurs made from blackcurrants and bush peaches with ginger. Integrated vine management, successively sorted fully ripe hand-picked fruit, indigenous yeasts, and the implementation of traditional semi-carbonic vinification processes are so many traditional methods used in the Beaujolais area that they have chosen to uphold to produce authentic and very characteristic wines.
